To all the lads that have fished with us this year we are now reconstructing the web site hoping to include some of the fantastic video coverage so be patient boys and those of you who haven't got your video/photos back to us do so as soon as possible.
A quick update on the fishing so far this year, absolutely fantastic including:-
HARDEST SESSION
This is a toss up between:-
Leon, Mick, Phil and Chris who arrived for a short session only to see the river rise 10 ft in 4 hours making us move swims and then leave the river on the first night, however the next day we were back at it, and although the river was still high the lads had a haul of 10 fish in 3 nights Leon the best at 106 and Mick following up with a 103 along with 2 other nasty 90's.
AND
Richie Foster and Brian Kilkeny endure a session which sees the river rise 15 ft overnight leaving them literally high and dry fishing between trees, however even in these extreme conditions they still manage to haul in 11 cats.
BEST FISH SO FAR!
The long awaited arrival of Dave Teeney (who hasn't touched a rod for 10 years(well not seriously anyway)) sees him team up with Jason and son Ryan. Although Ryan (only 10 ) manages a hard fighting 90 ponder Dave shows the way with a first fish of 114 followed up by a true specimen weighing in at 152 along with other TADPOLES. Alas Jason let the side down only managing cats to 50lb (as we say tadpoles)
BEST FISH BY JUNIOR ANGLER
Without a doubt this goes to a superb 152 pounder during a session that although proved hard work resulted in 13 year old beating his Dad and friends with 2 tonners. Next time Dad try and wake up.

BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT
Roy came on a boat trip for his 40th birthday, and after a few alcohol related delays (yes he was partying) gets off the mark with a hard fighting, weed burrowing 122 pounder.
BEST MIX UP
With a double up session of bank anglers and boat anglers along for some short sessions which truly turned up some good fish. Banks anglers led the way in numbers with 9 fish including fish of 114 and 124 for Alex and 105 and 119 for Simon. However the boat saw the best fish in the shape of a 131 for VIRGIN John Jim JINX finally breaks the ton after many years of trying in the shape of a 105 followed up with another cat of 95 (this time breaking the rod!) Alas Ilva was not allowed to touch the rods this time ( testosterone thing!)
BEST VIRGIN FISH
This Goes to "Nick the nurse" and "nodding Matt" who enjoyed a short spell in the boat resulting in Nick catching his first ever fish at 128 pound.
BEST TEAM RESULT
Sid and his posse enjoyed a very mixed fishing experience with countless double figure carp and plenty of big cats.
